Track Your Order

Most of our packages need to arrive at the local location before we can get logistics information. Usually within 7 working days.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment from our warehouse.

We will process orders within 48 hours. After the order is processed, tracking information will be available online within 7 days. This means that your shipping information will be available for online tracking within 7-9 days.

For the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Mexico, 99% of our shipments are handled by Local high-quality logistics provider and can be tracked on 17track.net. The shipping time is 5-14 business days.

For other countries, 95% of our shipments are handled by China Post. The shipping time is 8-18 business days.

Do I need to pay customs or import charges?

Depending on the country we are shipping to, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. You are responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your local customs office for additional details.

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Mewjews, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Returns and Cancellations

Please submit a request before sending any item back to us. Items returned without an approved request may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase.

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the order has already shipped, you may submit a return request after receiving the item.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, accessories, and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required shipping details.

Return shipping fees must be paid in advance. Cash on Delivery (COD) packages will not be accepted.
Please keep your return tracking number and send it to us after shipping the package back. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a request through our form or contact us at hi@caseymia.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return request first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

12-Month Warranty for Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty for quality-related issues.

To submit a warranty claim, please use our request form or contact us at hi@caseymia.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items without valid proof of purchase
  • Items returned without approval
  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
